Description

HI-FORZA  is a mid-range water-reducing admixture for concrete. Its unique formulation is based upon the latest polycarboxylate. HI-FORZA  does not contain calcium chloride or any other intentionally-added chlorides and will not contribute to corrosion of steel reinforcement present in the concrete  does not contain added Chlorides and will not promote corrosion in steel.

USES

HI-FORZA  is recommended for use in :

• Conventional ready-mix concrete.
• Concrete slabs.
• Concrete paving
• Concrete footings.
• Low cement containing concrete of harsh mix designs.

HI-FORZA  is available in  225 kg HDPE Barrels.

DIRECTIONS

Dosage : HI-FORZA   is an easy to dispense liquid admixture. Dosage rates will vary depending on the material used, ambient conditions and the requirements of a specific project.

Addition rates for HI-FORZA   can vary with the type of application, but will normally range from 0.4 – 2.5% by weight of cementitious materials.

Should conditions require using more than the recommended addition rate, please consult your Hi-Bond representative.

Trial mixes should be run to verify plastic and hardened performance with local materials. Over dosage may cause delay in the setting time.

STORAGE

HI-FORZA   should be stored at temperatures above 5°C. If frozen, its properties can be recovered after thawing and agitating thoroughly.

SHEL LIFE

1 year in original, unopened container.

SAFETY

During use, avoid contact with the skin and eyes. Wear protective gloves and eye protection when handling the product. In case of contact with the eyes rinse with plenty of fresh water and seek medical advice.
