Description

HI- PROOF L is an integral waterproofing compound is a water-repellent product in liquid form containing no calcium chloride and is recommended for use in concrete and cement plastering in the construction industry. During the preparation of concrete, in spite of right composition, small voids called ‘capillary pores’ are formed in the process of adding water to achieve the required compactness and work ability. “Due to these capillary pores, concrete is permeable to water.Hi – Proof L contains such chemicals that cause contraction of the capillaries thus converting the water absorbing capillary forces to water-repellent forces. Hi – Proof L in other words is a special formulation which prevents passage of water, through pores and capillaries of concrete thus providing excellent water proofing protection against rain, moisture, dampness etc. It is used for all types of concrete to prevent water penetration and provide concrete with long-lasting waterproofing property. It has good plasticizing properties, makes concrete cohesive and prevents segregation.

PACKING

Hi – Proof L is packed in 1 lt, 5 lt, 20 lt and 50 lt plastic containers.DOSAGEAdd 100 ml of Hi – Proof L per 50 kg bag of cement or 0.2% by weight of cement.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Add Hi – Proof L directly to the gauging water and mix as usual practice to completion. Do not add directly to the cement.
